Ashley Alapai-Gutierrez was born at her family's lush, green Valley home to the sound of the Hanalei River.  She was raised in alignment with traditional Hawaiian teachings, morals and values.

Her role as Supervisor of Quality Control/Housekeeping at the Westin Princeville Hotel, engrained the same high standards she dedicates to your property.

She has over 25 years of Customer Service experience and 10 years Property Care/Property Management taking experience.

Kendra Frost was born and raised in Arizona and has lived full time on Kaua’i since 1999. 

She attended Northern Arizona University and Marymount Manhattan College before graduating from SUNY New Paltz.
She was administrative/personal assistant to Michele Hughes of The Michele Hughes Development Company handling multi property and personal logistics from 2001-2008 in Kilauea.

She has 25 years of Professional Property Care experience between the Mainland and Kauai, with 13 of those years in Property Management.

​Kendra enjoys working with people and getting to know their individual needs. She has a keen eye for detail and does many of our estimates and final walkthrough quality checks. 
When large jobs require a crew, Kendra is the supervisor, ensuring that the job runs efficiently and is completed to our clients' expectations.  She focuses on oversight, coordination, maintenance and care.
